Hello LINC 8 Students,

Welcome to my blog for LINC 8 in the afternoon.

This week, we've been discussing and practicing interview skills.

Small talk is a key skill once you've got the job -- and it may even help you get the job!

Many students are intimidated, confused and fearful of situations where small talk may be very helpful in establishing relationships with co-workers.

You can practice anywhere, anytime!

Please check out this WikiHow page on "How to Make Small Talk."

Read it over and make some notes on the key concepts that can help you chat with people.

We'll be practicing more small talk next week!
